At the end of the night, Mrs. Gunn handed out prizes to every kid who accumulated points throughout the season by doing chess homework, attending chess tournaments, and practicing on ChessMagnet. Needless to say, everyone had a great time and the chess club ended again another successful season. 2016-17 Online Registration is Now Open. January 20th, 2015. Mequon Kids Started Off 2015 with a Bang! Ten Mequon (and one Germantown) kids started off 2015 with a bang at the Goodrich Chess Tourney this past Saturday. In the K3 section, Kevin Wan went undefeated and took 1st individual overall. And with only one other teammate (Abby Trop), the two kids were still able to place and win a 3rd place team trophy. 2016-17 Online Registration is Now Open.
