A Human's Resource. Three Application Reviews for the Adult with ADHD. As an adult with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) I find that schedules, deadline, and large tasks can cause me serious issues. I want to meet deadlines and complete large tasks but find it hard often to keep the sense of urgency that drives me. One of the behavioral changes I have implemented is to break down large tasks and deadlines into much smaller pieces of work with more much shorter time scales for completion.
