Policies & Procedures. Fees & Assessments. The $100/lot billing that you receive in July is the MRMA (Mandatory Road Maintenance Assessment). It is used primarily for the maintenance of the roads (grading, gravel, labor, etc.), and administration of the association. An additional paving assessment of $100 (not mandatory) was also approved by membership ballot vote for 2016-2017. OLCA NON-COMMERCIAL ROAD FEE SCHEDULE. Single Family or Agriculture. Home office-no public contact. Large B and B, day care, etc.
