Ordinary Windows User: Administrivia
http://www.ordinarywindowsuser.com/administrivia
Lots of us that want to just use. Windows. but we have to put up with an OS that can spontaneously deactivate itself, prone to viruses and spyware, and otherwise complicate life and work. I'm a former Windows SysAdmin, and even I. Gave up on Windows for a while. There are a lot of simple fixes for all of this to make Windows usable again, which I'll discuss in Ordinary Windows User. For ten years I wrote passionately. My primary blog is Micro CIO (Chief Information Officer). Feel free to send me email.

Computing For Grandma: Administrivia
http://www.computingforgrandma.com/administrivia
Grandma's computer needs to be simple, reliable, functional, and inexpensive. That's a tall order. From 1997-2007 I wrote passionately about Broadband Wireless Internet Access (BWIA), which is now generically called WiMAX. In 2008, WiMAX has essentially matured and I've decided to refocus my writing towards new and exciting trends in Information Technology (IT). You can read more about me on my bio page. All of my articles (beginning 2008-01) are listed at. For ten years I wrote passionately. I have some...

Ordinary Life
On The Ephemeral in Photography. ORDINARY-LIGHT Photography @ HotShoe Gallery. On January 1, 2011. Library of Dust 2257, David Maisel, 2005-2006. The Taxonomy of Shadows. The masquerade involving the quantifiable aspects of the ephemeral in photography is certainly a loose end, admittedly. After all, what is not a slice of time that can no longer be? Or Is it simply an insolent measure of frame, subject, or motion negated in 1/500th of a second? Reserve your place at the talks now in order to insure a se...

Tales on the Time Clock
Tales on the Time Clock. This is my reconstruction site. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. It’s the nagging feeling I get in the back of my mind when I leave things unfinished that propelled me. I spent the last few weeks trying to come up with a summary of everything that has happened between then and now. Haven’t had much luck in that regard, only thing that really comes to mind is nothing which is not a bad thing to be thinking about, it seems to me. All things in their right place. 8220;Who just up and offer...
