Wednesday, July 29, 2015. This is day #2 with no coffee creamer. I am happy to report that the world has not shifted on it's axis. The stars are still in the sky. Life can go forward with no coffee creamer. Plan for today and recap of yesterday. Yesterday's calories: 1391 kind of high but I did have an evening snack and did not binge so I am good with that. Carbs were under 100 win! And I did good on the protein. no wonder I was cool with the evening snack, also my sugar was excellent! Dole - Pears, 1 cup.

Sunday, June 28, 2015. Yep still fighting the good fight. Things I have changed a bit: I went and. Got my nails done, splurged on a few things. May not sound like much. I have to take care of me and like and. Nurture me during this process. It is not all about "getting to goal". It is about the journey. Life is in session. Work: cray cray crazy busy. Home: calm calm sweet. I meal prepped 3 days ago and it has been so nice I just grab and go. My food for this week. 2) bar on the way to work. I lost a meal.

Friday, January 30, 2015. Whole 30 day 1 recap and thoughts. At this point. yeah I can't lie weight loss would be nice. But I have to make peace with food. I need some peace! So I made a ton of cooked veggies yesterday. And pan roasted vegetable. I also made a fritatta. Eggs, bacon, kale, onions and mushrooms. Found this little gem. Tuna, onions, avocado and organic mayo. I looked at the ingredients in the mayo and it looked okay. Awe dang. I just double checked and it has soy. Boom take that sugar dragon.
