A swimmer must participate in at least 2 scheduled team practices the week of each meet to be eligible to participate in that week’s meet. Exceptions may be made at the coach’s discretion for children attending a week long camp, family vacation, or illness. Please see coach if this is an issue for your swimmer. Ages 7 and Older. Your child's age group for the entire swim season is determined by how old he is on May 1st which is the "age-up" date. So, for example, if your child turns 7 in April, he is in the 7-8 age group. However, if he turns 7 on or after May 1, he will remain in the 6 and under age group. If my swimmer becomes ill or can no longer make the upcoming meet after I've registered him, who do I tell?
