Monday, August 22, 2016. Marker Challenge: Days 34-41. Still doing the superhero emblems. After the above X-men and Deadpool images, I decided to switch over to doing lineless renderings. It tends to result in softer, more painterly images. I also had a few goofs, which you can see in two of the Captain Marvel/Shazam related images. Sunday, August 14, 2016. Sunday, December 18, 2016. November ended a while back, but I took a while to sit down and scan the last days of pictures. But here they are. Finn from Adventure Time. Sapphire from Steven Universe. Lapis Lazuli from Stephen Universe. Around this time the color matches got a little off. I had pre-selected the marker I would use for each day, although a couple got last minute changes. Unfortunately, the colors didn't always line up with the intended hue. Also, greens are tricky. Pearl from Steven Universe.

This was one of the first Alolan pokemon revealed, and I just loved how it contrasted with the original fire versions of Vulplix and Ninetales.
