Clean the banana flower well. First remove the outer leaves, then from each flowerette. Remove the hard stamen and hard covering at the base. . In a mortar(don't make paste.Let the size of crushed flowerette. Out the water from the crushed content. Wash the squeezed content in turmeric water. After washing squeeze. Add 1 t sp.
