探偵や興信所 調査会社の全体は、一部の調査業者の起こした事件よって 差別に関わる調査 がずっと業界全体で実施されてきたなどの認識違いを受けています。 調査業者目線でお話しするならば社会生活を継続する上で当然の権利として存在する 間違いが無いか確認し不利益を回する最低限必要となる確認調査 と 差別調査は別物 と考えております。 差別の意図 が存在しない 確認作業の調査 を差別につながる調査と判断することは大きな認識違いなのです。 加えて調査を依頼する企業にも依頼される探偵や興信所 調査会社にも 行政処分を覚悟して違法調査を実施 するメリットが存在しないのです。 この考え方は 探偵業法に抵触しない正当な調査行為 であると考えられますし、仮に 差別につながる調査意図が存在したケースではご依頼者に確認し調査委任契約をお断りする法規 となっているのです。 世間的には 探偵が調査をそそのかした と声にするケースもあるようですが、 多くの場合は１００ 探偵の責任とは言えない 状況と公平な判断が出来るのです。
