Yolei’s Study Abroad Blog. Waking Up in Haven. June 3, 2012. We took the bus to the city centre and dropped off our luggage and bags for orientation. One thing I love about Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark is orange rooftops. Buildings are incredibly amazing — each are designed differently with detail. I fell in love immediately. I applied to a program to Japan last year and got accepted, but because of the earthquake the session was cancelled.
