The Mine and Cape Cornwall. August 10, 2015. Today we got up and went to a tin mine. It wasnt actually that far from lands end on the far coast. It was a big tin mine in the area and had an arsenic works factory too. We went down to a shaft that the buckets that pulled the tin came up it was very cool. We learned how to treat the copper and tin ore and how the miners got up themselves. After that, we drove home and had an ice cream before going to bed. Iris’ birthday and the beach. August 10, 2015. Yesterday, we played on the beach for the day and I hired a group of younger kids to build pools of water for Louis and I. Today was my last day with Louis, Martha and Iris. We went on the walk to Zennor. It was 6.5 miles there and slightly less back because we took a different route back. The way there, it was drizzling slightly and not the nicest weather. When we got there after about 5 hours, we sat inside and had some drinks before heading off again. Iris’ birthday and the beach.

August 10, 2015. Note: I am sorry about the lack of photos, my phone was close to out of battery and so I managed to snap one or two. Then we went into a prehistoric cave and into the ruins of a roman structure. It was the most amazing garden I have ever seen. This was stretched over about a square mile. August 10, 2015. After that, we went to a manor house in the country. It was really impressive. We played in the garden then went in the house. The house was full of amazing things. August 10, 2015. Yesterday, we drove to Bath and were dropped off by Granny and Grandpa. I saw Auntie Hattie and Uncle John and Louis and I started building a solar powered car.
