Group of Epitaxial Nanostructures. Group of Materials Engineering. Group of Synthesis, Functionalization. And Spectroscopy of Nanostructures. Group of Physics of Two. Equipment: Photon correlation setup. The photon correlation setup is based on Hanbury Brown and Twiss interferometer. The core of the system is a standard microphotoluminescence setup, enabling the detection of PL signal originating from single quantum dots, with the spatial resolution of around 1 µm. And spectral resolution of 100 µeV.
