Turn the heat up and make sure the pan is very hot. Add as many prawns and you wish, season with salt, pepper and fish seasoning (maridor). Add splash of white wine and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Toss and add either to choice of rice or a garden salad. Click to download menu.

I Padroni di casa. Dopo quasi dieci anni passati alla Stazione Centrale di Prato era arrivato il momento di fare qualcosa di diverso, il tempo del cambiamento. Grazie all'entusiasmo della Benedetta supportata da Franco e Luana anche il restio Vladimiro decide di provare a fare qualcosa di nuovo e cosa meglio del nuovo se non un ritorno al passato! Il caro vecchio centro storico di Prato così bistrattato da tutti a cui però tutti noi siamo molto legati! OSTERIA "SU" SANTA TRINITA.
