Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). March 13, 2015. Hi, I am a 22 year old male. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2011 and suffered from this invisible disease ever since. I have never gone into remission (having no symptoms of the disease), just got better (if you can call it that) and worse over the years. I am creating this blog to provide an insight to what it is like for sufferers of this condition and to raise awareness of the disease and the challenges that this disease brings.
