Forms and what to expect on your first visit. I nitial evaluation includes. A written report including results, interpretation, clinical observations, and recommendations. A medical consultation to discuss the evaluation. The standardized testing takes 1.5 hours to 2 hours. The child should wear comfortable clothes and running shoes. You can bring a snack and water- kids are usually hungry after the evaluation. What should you tell your child? We also offer group treatment sessions.

We have a variety of services available for our families. Evaluation and assessment of fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration and visual-perceptual skills. Play partner and socialization sessions. Parent, caregiver, and school consultations. Coordination of treatment with other service providers. Individualized sensory home program/sensory diet. For developmentally pre-K and K. Develop classroom motor and social skills. For developmentally 1-2 grades. Develop classroom motor and social skills.
