Josh the Brony (. It has come to my attention that my livejournal here has been compromised and unscrupulous actors have sought to sully my name by attaching it with ponies. Apparently also nobody ever reads my livejournal, as it has taken a near admission from the parties involved before discovering the breach. When i bought my gun it was all black, like this:. After changing the grip and having the slide coated, it now looks like this:. Pretty sweet, huh? I couldn't help it, so i went to the range today. i put through 50 rounds of cheap ammo plus 8 rounds of what i usually carry (7x cor-bons and 1x glaser blue). the cheap stuff was really really dirty.

Reduce recoil a bit. Keep casings from flying too far. Reduce wear and tear on the gun. Also makes it a bit tougher to move the slide back.
