Tuesday, 18 January 2011. Certificate of professional Competence. Driver ‘CPC’ periodic training was introduced across the European Union. In 2008 / 2009 to raise driver standards and safety. All professional Bus, Coach and Lorry drivers operating vehicles over 3.5 tons with license categories C, C1, CE and C1E. Hold the Driver CPC to be able to drive for a living. There are 5 training modules that need to be completed, each consisting of 7 Hours training. A vehicle in a professional capacity.
