Who is Dragon History? Who is Dragon History? Dragon History was started by Fran Flett Hollinrake, who fell in love with Orkney many years ago, discovered she had Orcadian ancestors and finally moved to the islands in 2004. Fran studied Scottish History at St Andrews and Edinburgh Universities and worked as a tour guide in Edinburgh for over 10 years. She toured throughout Scotland, conducting study tours and lectures for Elderhostel through Edinburgh University Summer School programmes.
