Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Monkey Bread with Apples. I think the best part about this dessert was the bits of apples. They were so yummy and I should have put more than I did. I will be sure to make this again, very easy and yummy! 1 cup white sugar. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 3 (12 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits, separated and cut into quarters. 3 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped. 1 cup packed brown sugar.
