When we got off the bus we saw a concrete pipe factory and decided to drop in and see what they were doing. I was surprised they let us in to observe their manufacturing methods. They shoveled concrete into the cylindrical form that was rotating at a high speed. For the market. . They let us take their pictures.

But these supermarkets are boring compared to the fresh markets.that is where the fun is. There are tons of fresh veggies. Straight from the fields.every kind you can imagine.some you know. And some you do not.like the broad bean. All kinds of fresh fruit. And even durian, the king of fruit.some say, but not me. Ground dried red hot peppers.smokin'.

The Other Side of His World. Follow if you desire.our visit to China. 4/25/2009 Beach Bum Entourage. Today, Uncle Wu Xin. Took us to the river park, which also has a pretty good-sized beach. He not only was our guide.he was our photographer. The girls had a good time running around and playing about in the sand. Miriam found a "seashell". I told her it could not be a "seashell", since we were not at the ocean. She called it HER seashell just the same. She also enjoyed hopping. And climbing on rocks.

Thursday, March 12, 2009. This past weekend I took the girls to a birthday party for "M" that was turning 4. The party was at a cheer academy. Even Brooke loved the jumps as you can tell from the pics. We had a blast and really enjoyed catching up with sunday school friends since we have been involved in other areas of the church. Kirsten (4), Brooke (1), and Shelby (6). Look at those limber legs. Kirsten loves being a big sister! Our friend Kassidy was a big help entertaining Brooke. Life as a Ward.

We had six girls spend the night and it was just right. However, this year Shelby wanted to invite everbody in her afterschool class at Ridgecrest. The spend the night party turned into 11 girls!
