Sunday, August 29, 2010. I know, let's make Tofu! So, life is just a little busy, what with going away parties, planning a trip to Canada, two more days of employment, 8 free English lessons to plan, and what not.so i figured the best way to constructively use my time, was by making tofu. Well worth the 8 hours it took to do. 工作大好きから、今日は 豆腐を作りました。多分、普通の人は豆腐を作りが工作ではない。。。料理でしょう。。。けど、私は料理は上手くないけど豆腐作りは工作みたい。楽しい！ 3．大きな鍋で温めました。 (一回失敗した。鍋の底焦がした。。。oops）. 4．豆乳を絞って、また温めました。 Tuesday, August 24, 2010. And have a car, friend with a car, or half decent bike, I strongly recommend Rt 364. Its easy enough to find. Head for Katsuyama. Follow the signs to the bamboo doll museum, the follow the signs to Yamanaka. This will take you up. The hilly winding rt 364 road. To the onsens. Takes about 50 minutes if you don't stop. Thursday, October 07, 2010. Back in the Saddle. After a month in Canada, I am finally back in Fukui and getting geared up for an exciting year. I have moved to the International Club. And am the new resident English teacher. I am now busy recruiting new clients and members to join in a wide variety of classes for students and adults that I am offering at the IC. Monday, November 22, 2010. After about an hour and a half of clambering and climbing we arrived at the top of this glorious 1600m range. We traversed the top rigid to find a nice place for lunch. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. It was really a fun experience more because of the part where everyone was only drinking to enjoy the drink, not to get tippled and pickled and such.
