This organization was established for providing fire protection in the Kemp Lake-Otter Point Road area, but excluded all areas in the Kemp Lake Waterworks District. CO-ED MASTERS WATER POLO CLUB. Tournament Results & Standings. Welcome to the Seattle Otters Water Polo. The Seattle Otters are the Puget Sound region’s premier coed masters water polo team. Fall, winter and spring practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9:30pm at Garfield High School’s Medgar Evers Pool. Summer practices move to Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm, at West Seattle’s Colman Pool. We also participate in multiple tournaments up and down the West Coast throughout the year. Go Otters!
