每年係世界各地都會舉行唔同既咖啡展覽會, 當中包括中國同香港. 上星期日, 同朋友上廣州出席2013 年咖啡博覽會. 今年既博覽會由11月21至24日, 係廣州進出口商品會展館舉行. 我地去到既時候已經接近尾聲, 幸好今次旅程都有唔錯既收獲. 場館唔算好大, 大概有30個參展商, 當中有賣咖啡生豆, 烘焙機, 咖啡用具甚至三合一咖啡都有.因為有好多攤位都有即場烘焙咖啡豆, 所以遠遠已經聞到咖啡香. 是次參觀其中一個亮點係見到Hario 中國代理既攤位, 見到好多Hario 新產品, 佢地今年推出既產品都好精緻, 當中包括電動既V60 咖啡機, 真係令我不得不佩服日本人既創意! 同攤位既負責人傾過, 佢話有1/3 客人係淘寶商家, 有部分更加係買個樣辦返去複製成A貨. 其實都幾無奈, 明知佢地之後會冒認自己品牌, 但係又無辦法阻止. 所以我地都要支持正版! 原來以為要用一日先行完, 最後只係用左2個鐘 難得來到廣州, 之後當然嘆杯咖啡先 :P. 標籤： 咖啡店 - 唔係香港. Happiness Project 已經成立左差唔多半年了, 多得大家俾我地既意見, 開始越來越順暢了, 希望大家可以樂活人生係我地既宗旨, 為左可以令大家接觸更多咖啡豆, 我地會定期引入新豆. 今次為大家介紹本月新豆 - 曼特寧 19 目. 首先為大家重溫一下咖啡帶, 咖啡需要一個溫暖, 溫差較少且有足夠降雨量既生長環境, 之前介紹既耶加雪夫生長於衣索比亞, 而曼特寧則生長於印尼 - 蘇門答臘. 唔同既生長環境, 土壤都會帶來獨特既風味, 非州咖啡以花香果酸等怡人風味見稱, 而印尼豆則以甘味, 草藥風味見稱. 蘇門答臘主要出產Robusta 咖啡豆, 而曼特寧則屬稀有的Arabica 品種, 生長於海拔750米以上. 印尼咖啡等級以瑕疵豆數量為標準, 越少越高級, 最高級別為G1, 瑕疵豆係 1.3% 以內. 19目" 其實指咖啡豆既大少, 咖啡豆平均直徑有7.5 - 7.8mm, 差唔多比一般咖啡豆大一倍! 曼特寧風味醇厚香濃, 帶微苦, 餘韻甘味回盪, 香氣濃郁, 帶俾人一種成熟隱重既感覺, 係另一番既味覺刺激! 今次去Rabbit Hole 既體會都幾...
