64 Silver Palace: October 2010
http://64silverpalace.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 30, 2010. Still no progress on the 64.the 77 needed lots of work this summer. Just as we finished up the waterproofing work, it took a hit from pick up truck to the front roadside. Woodland Travel did a great job putting it all back together again. Since then, we've taken camping trips to our river land and to the annual Ludington October wine and turkey fest. 64 Silver Palace: Killing the rust
http://64silverpalace.blogspot.com/2010/05/killing-rust.html
Saturday, May 1, 2010. Small victories. The sun came out and blessed us this afternoon- perfect weather for painting on the Chassis Saver. Before- rusty frame and nasty, muddy belly pan. I must not have taken a close-up photo of the rusty frame with the floor removed- too gross, I guess. But you get the general idea. Posted by Jack and Carolyn. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 64 Silver Palace: May 2010
http://64silverpalace.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 9, 2010. We figure this renovation is about a 500 hour job, which means every time we skip a Saturday it will take an extra week to finish it. But.we have no deadline, so we spent our time this Saturday afternoon washing all the windows in the house. The Streamline windows still look like trash, but the house windows are sparkly clean. And we look out through those everyday. So there. Posted by Jack and Carolyn. Links to this post. Saturday, May 1, 2010. Posted by Jack and Carolyn.

64 Silver Palace: More baby steps
http://64silverpalace.blogspot.com/2010/04/more-baby-steps.html
Saturday, April 3, 2010. I didn't feel like washing windows in the rain, so MaryEllen and I pulled all the shelves and things out of the refrigerator and scrubbed everything down with bleach and soap. It was in really good condition inside- just grubby and mildewy. Doesn't this look better? Baby steps. Baby steps. Baby steps. Posted by Jack and Carolyn. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 64 Silver Palace: November 2009
http://64silverpalace.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 29, 2009. This is where it begins. We'd never heard of Streamline until we came upon this beauty. Oh lucky day! We aren't complete rookies, having rehabbed a '77 Airstream Excella we purchased off a repo lot in '92. 17 years is a long time though, and maybe we forgot how much work vintage trailer restoration can be. We don't know where this will lead, but we're ready to give it a whirl. Posted by Jack and Carolyn. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'll give this a try.
