The house is large enough for children to run around in and the outside yard is fully fenced with a swing in the old apple tree. Safety gates protect access to the stairs from both ends, these are kept in the cupboard under the stairs and can be easily clipped on for the little ones. The back bedroom has a double size bed in it. There are also two single trundle beds that roll into the walls. They can be pulled out for extra beds but if not in use they leave the room open as they are hidden in the walls. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
