I have been doing a little bit of nesting, buying really tiny diapers and washing really tiny clothes, doing lots of cleaning and cutting last minute hair for all the family. Evie enjoyed throwing rocks into the river and we even got to see Andy catch a fish! We enjoyed our time with grandma so much and hope to be able to go visit again someday. Cari Anne Bailey was born on June 18th at 11:38 pm. She weighed 8lbs 1oz and was 21 inches long. She looks just like me in my baby pictures and has a ton of hair! A way for you to take a peek into our daily lives. Tuesday, August 28, 2007. Yesterday we went to the State Fair! The day started out overcast, windy and a little cooler. But we didn't mind, it was nice not to have it be so hot. We went earlier in the morning and left in the early afternoon. Elijah had his first bath in the big tub the other night.He is just starting to out grow his infant tub and splashing too much. He can sit up well now so this makes it much easier. Thanks for coming with us Brent, Jennifer, Madeline, lil Brent and Susan. Cameron even got to bowl with a little help from everyone. Alex and Nikolas are following the score closely instead of watching Dad. Nikolas got 100 on his last game to tie lil Brent for 1st on lane 17. Rob was the high scorer on lane 18 and we were all impressed by his skills.

Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Three years ago today Bailey suddenly collapsed. In what turned out to be a lifesaving move, Joe rushed Bailey to the vet where she received an emergency spleenectomy.
