Friday, October 30, 2009. Fascia, Guttering, Windows and Roof tiles. This week has been quite eventful. First the fascia and guttering went on. We chose monument colour to complement our roof tiles (barramundi). This is a view from the back of the house looking up at the sunroom. Monday, September 28, 2009. I knew it was too good to be true! We received a call today from the plumber who told us that we are not going to have water hooked up to our house unless we pay about an extra $3000. Typical.I knew things were going too well and that it couldn't last! Apparently our contract says that Coral will hook up our water tank and HSTP to the house, but not to the water mains supply. Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Wet area tiles, skirtings and dishwasher space. This week (w/c 23rd Nov) the wet area tiles were done. It cost us an extra $200 because the tiles were are bit fiddly, but we didn't mind as long as we got them the way we wanted them.
