Bird Feed: A makeshift sword sheath
http://thejoebirds.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-makeshift-sword-sheath.html
Saturday, September 14, 2013. A makeshift sword sheath. I caught him walking around the house like this. When you don't have your pants on, there aren't many other places to put a sword. February 18, 2014 at 2:10 PM. Hahaha. I just saw this! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A makeshift sword sheath. The time I underestimated Bens intelligence. Watermark template. Bird Feed: The time I underestimated Ben's intelligence...
http://thejoebirds.blogspot.com/2013/09/the-time-i-underestimated-bens.html
Thursday, September 12, 2013. The time I underestimated Ben's intelligence. Before I forget, I want to jot down this little scene that played out about a week ago. While visiting the Danahers for little MG's birthday, I wanted to show Anne how Ben loves the letter O. And also to have her hear him say it, because he says it, "bO" and it's super cute. Anyway, I picked up the book, "The Pokey Little Puppy," and called over Ben. Me to Ben) "What letter do you see? As expected, Ben pointed to the "O").

Rowles Family Five!: August 2013
http://mcrowles.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Blah blah blah you get the point! Saturday, August 24, 2013. First Week of School, Chris in Manila. We love our new school! Both girls love their new teachers, and I am falling in place with the rest of the faculty and my students too. The girls did ok without him, but now, exactly 2 weeks after he dropped them off in Joplin. They are really ready to see him tonight! Maybe I didn't feel the need to come home as quick since I knew he wouldn't be there, but we got home late. Here are last years pictures.

The St. Onge Family. Monday, September 26, 2011. Chloe caring for her 'babies' (Piglet and Froggy) in a sling. We also visited a Woodsmen Memorial. We ended the trip with a trip with a great miniature train ride. Here is a photo Britt snapped while in the pitch-black train tunnel. I love Chloe's expression! September 26, 2011 at 5:31 PM. The Speier Kids: WWRW
http://speierkids.blogspot.com/2014/04/wwrw.html
Wednesday, April 30, 2014. This is my first time participating in What We're Reading Wednesday, but I hope to make this more of a regular thing, since I owe such a debt of gratitude to Jessica. And everyone who participates in her link-up. It is just too hard to find and pre-read enough quality books to keep up with my kids. So, thank you everyone! Here's what we read over Spring Break:. I'll start with Sun and Moon, Ice and Snow. A pronunciation guide, which the word nerd in me got all excited about.

Sunday, September 27, 2009. A recital by Audrey. Here is Audrey's rendition of "There Once Was a Puffin," by Florence Page Jaques. It's a family favorite, and I think my mom taught it to Lili. When she was 4, too. Here's the text. Jack, lucy and finn. This is hands-down the cutest thing i have ever seen. ever. September 28, 2009 at 8:25 AM. Absolutely adorable. Ah.I miss her! The Speier Kids: JP II
http://speierkids.blogspot.com/2014/04/jp-ii.html
Sunday, April 27, 2014. Pope John Paul II was canonized today. The internet is flooded with images of him: as a small boy with his parents, as a young man skiing, hiking, praying, smiling, suffering. I can't help but reminisce about the day Lili and I met him face to face. She doesn't remember it, but I will always count it as one of the most incredible experiences of my life. During the Angelus I was pretty distracted with worries running through my head, "What am I supposed to do? Only a few seconds...

Rowles Family Five!: May 2014
http://mcrowles.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Blah blah blah you get the point! Thursday, May 22, 2014. We sold our house Tuesday, and baby Charles decided to come the Saturday afterward, 2 weeks early! I was hoping he would make it by may so all my babies could share a birth month, but he decided he would rather be an April baby! Labor was not as quick as Elia, but from first contraction to baby in my arms was about 11 hours. Not too shabby. I snapped this right as the girls saw him for the first time. A few hours old. Master Bedroom- April 2014.

Rowles Family Five!: January
http://mcrowles.blogspot.com/2014/01/january.html
Blah blah blah you get the point! Friday, January 31, 2014. New Years Eve was uneventful, as usual. I think I made it to midnight, but I can't remember. I was too excited for the next day, when Aunt Shanny and Uncle Tom came to visit with Baby Brendan! Although he is less baby and more toddler now. We didn't do anything spectacular- just hung out around the house, and had friends over one night for dinner. We did venture out on the DART to visit downtown Carrollton. Other pics from January:.
