Therefore anytime people are coming over or we are going to visit someone, you must call it a party AND you must wear a party dress! Saturday, January 30, 2010. Grace's 4th Birthday Party. For Grace's birthday this year, it was set up as a candy shop. Each "customer" was given 100 pennies in a bag to spend for the candy they wanted. Erin was just excited it was a party and there was candy. She wasn't at all concerned about "spending" her money! Rustic dots - best on block. Wednesday, October 5, 2011. My goodness, time sure seems to be speeding up! Another month has gone by already! At 8 months, Samuel. Still eats pureed fruits and vegetables twice a day with some rice cereal. Just this week I started giving him some tasteless rice cracker things to practice finger foods a little. Loves to ride in the stroller for walks in the evening. Any time he goes outside he is content and so peaceful! Has figured out how to JUMP! Samuel LOVES the computer&...

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Erin has recently rediscovered the joys of chicken nuggets at Chick Fil Lake. Although I am a horrible speller, I have spelled the restaurant correctly according to Erin. It is one of my favorite things she says! Erin has also discovered the joy of trading in your kids meal prize for ice cream. I think this is the most parent friendly thing EVER! Thursday, December 31, 2009. Sometimes it becomes glaringly obvious that our life is completely different than it used to be. New Year's Eve and the fact that Erin goes with us to Chipee and Betsy's party is one of those times. Erin loves a party and has a blast. She doesn't even come close to making it to midnight though. We end up leaving by 11:00 so we can make it home before midnight. Luckily, Erin and I had been to Wal-Mart the previous day and found the perfect accessories. You know I love these!

Thursday, December 24, 2009. Tha annual Angel Bread creation. Every since I was a little girl, we have always made Angel Bread to have for Christmas morning breakfast. As Chipee and I got older, we added egg nog with Maker's Mark for a toast. With Erin, Christmas morning is a little more hectic so we don't always make the toast so now we have margarita's while making the bread. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Erin created a birds nest, got in and called me to take a picture. I was impressed that it looked like a birds nest with a mama Erin and her baby dolls.
