A couple of weeks ago I helped throw a baby shower for our friend Jennifer Sherman. She is having a little girl due at the beginning of December (keeping the name a surprise for now! This was the first event we've hosted at our house and I think it went really well! Look at that adorable diaper cake Jenny Strickland made!

Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Pumpkin Patch Field Trip. Davis' class went on a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch in Clanton. It was the first of the cold snaps and was quite chilly! We had a fun day.we did the bouncy area, the petting zoo, rode a pony, rode the "Twactor Train", and then went off in search of the perfect pumpkin. Oh- and the part Davis was the most excited about? Monday, November 30, 2009. Blue Tongue, Roll Tide, and our Smart Little Girl. Did I mention Roll Tide? We had a pretty relaxing Thanksgiving break. Wednesday was designated Ella and Mommy's Day since Ella's school was closed and John had to work. So we visited my work, John's work, went to lunch with John; then Ella and I met up with my friend Stephanie Fisher and her adorable daughter, Hannah and went to the zoo.
