Mrs K's classroom. The day at school…. Maternity Leave over and back to school in 2 weeks. September 25, 2011. My maternity leave is drawing to an end with only 2 weeks left before I return to school in full force for the last term of the year. I must admit that I do feel a little out of touch (even though I have had several meetings already with the substitute teacher and staff) almost as if I am starting all over again with the kids! I am sure in a week or two it will feel like I wasn’t even gone!
