We had a great time with Lucy and family! Jaden adores Lucy's brothers and sister! It was a wonderful trip just relaxing and spending time together again! All too soon it was time to say goodbye. Erin (AKA Grace, Grant and Trent's mom) has a list of 100 things to do in the summer. Last year they did it and I thought it was a great idea so I got the kids on board this year! While we wont be doing some things like they did, sleeping in a teepee! 100 Things to do this summer! Go to the zoo. Go to the Science Museum. Do a Jared Box.

I can finally get back to posting our daily happenings! So our last day at Disney was just our little family of 4. Our friends were gone and my parents had left that morning. We decided to take it easy pretty much because we were all worn out! And we of course ended the visit with ice cream!

Click Here to See Photos of our life at home*. Saturday, August 02, 2014. Gotcha Day 5 years later! It's hard to believe but another year has passed since Jaden was placed in our arms! It seems like just yesterday when they handed me a very quite baby in the hotel room in Nanchang, China. those were a peaceful 30 minutes and then all hell broke loose and we had a screaming, puking, grieving baby on our hands for about 3 days. Then she became the happy fun loving girl we have today!

That gives me one extra hour a day ALONE! Yes there were tears the first day from mommy, I have since come to love MY time! Oh the things I am getting done! Jaden loves school. I love the fact that it wears her out! So far she is doing great. And in other BIG news, a week before Jaden started Kindergarten she moved to her own room!

So here is my half attempt at catching up! We will start with Easter festivities! Once again we went to the local Easter egg drop! This is our favorite Easter hunt and it was extra special this year because Warren was celebrating his first Easter! We also spent some time at the zoo! Another first for Warren! It seems like just yesterday we were going to China to pick her up! Now she is in kindergarten and learning to read. Because Warren was having his surgery 6 days before Jaden's party we decided to do her party before and not at home! We also ended up going over capacity for the room but we just made a few dads go stand outside the room!
