http://historyandfamily.blogspot.com/2014/04/roots-of-cultural-ways-of-knowing-and.html
Go to: http:/ christinesleeter.org/. Monday, April 21, 2014. Roots of Cultural Ways of Knowing and Being. By Ralph Córdova, Guest Writer. 8220;Mr. Córdova, Mr. Córdova, why didn’t you become an artist instead of a teacher? Third grade student Campbell asked the very question I had been thinking for quite some time as he and his classmates sat in a circle on the classroom carpet while we worked on a year-long painting project with local plein air. My mom tells me that the first words I spoke were in Spani...
Mrs. Pilgreen's English Classroom: BANISH BORING SENTENCES! My Favorite Grammar Exercise
http://pilgreenenglish.blogspot.com/2015/05/banish-boring-sentences-my-favorite.html
Thursday, May 21, 2015. My Favorite Grammar Exercise. I think it's necessary to make grammar relevant. As a class, we brainstorm details that would show us that the chihuahua is scary: Are his eyes bulging?
