One container of sour cream and cottage cheese (white sauce) and put a thin layer on the bottom of a 9x13” pan. Cooked noodles (I buy oven ready). Red sauce (Spaghetti sauce and meat)-( I use Hunt's Zesty and Spicy canned spaghetti sauce but any sauce you buy should be good). Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella cheese. I get about 3-4 layers of this in my 9x13 inch pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Really yummy. Serve with garlic bread and a garden salad. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened.

Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Cabin in the Woods. Certainly, I was not choosing whether to sit in the aisle seat or window seat. My oldest daughter has been to NYC, Miami, Hawaii, Vegas and Mexico. Where will she go for Spring Break? We all hurried in, some of us under the covered back porch, a couple snuggled on the couch to play tic-tac-toe.and me? I explored the entire house. Some things were not as magical I suppose because I grew up in the south with clawfoot tubs and cast iron and porches and quilts.
