A lazy Sunday afternoon and you are in the mood for some fresh, light noodles; then this is the recipe for you. A delightful aromatic noodle recipe that is simple yet bursting with flavor and guaranteed to leave you feeling happy and more than satisfied. 200 grams Egg noodles. 8 cloves garlic minced. 3/4 cup of water. 1/2 cube of chicken stock. 2 cap rice wine or white wine. 1 tbsp corn flour and 1/4th cup water. Once this is done, toss in the egg noodles. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well.

A very easy recipie for a pasta salad that can be made in literally a few minutes. Excellent as a meal by itself, or an addition to any meal. Pasta (Penne or your favourite). 2 carrots sliced in thin rounds. 2 tomatoes cut in cubes. 2 small capsicum cut in cubes. 200 grams of corn kernels. 1 Apple cut into small cubes. 200 grams Feta Cheese cut in cubes. Thyme and fresh mint leaves. Bring water to a boil with some salt and add the pasta. Once cooked strain and keep aside. You're done. Enjoy. Thai style b...

Prawns with a tangy buttery flavor that can be enjoyed in a variety of occasions. It can be accompanied with either rice or bread. A unique finger licking concoction that is one of our favorites. 1 Onion chopped into small cubes. 10 cloves garlic finally chopped (could substitute with garlic paste). Marinate the prawns with 1 tbs mustard, 2bs olive oil, salt and chili flakes and set aside for 1 hour. Put butter into a flat base pan and add pepper, chili flakes and garlic. Beef Satay with Peanut sauce.

I remembered last spring taking a picture of someone’s backyard in a downtown metro area and holding onto that image on my camera phone as inspiration for me this year.
