Wherever you go, there you are. Me and my two men.news and updates on where we are. Saturday, February 9, 2013. Apparently Walmart was too much for Carter today. He kept asking to go home and lay down in his own bed. Good thing I was already planning on buying some pillows, because we just moved him to the back of the cart and let him lay down. It only took him about 15 minutes to let his eyes close and he napped through the entire rest of the shopping and the drive home. Walmart does that to me too.

What a differnce a year makes. On this day last year Carter was going in for his 2nd open heart surgery. It was such a stressful time, but I am so grateful for the lessons that I learned and the opportunity to grow. Here is just a look back (a little graphic). Getting drowsy before the surgery. Logan had his hand down and suddenly the little guy jumped on logan's pant leg. So I guess he caught himself. We were excited to see a lizard. We love lizards, frogs etc. And it hit the time of day where they all come out to warm up before night. So we saw A LOT! After we came down and explored the rocky shore.

Friday, March 6, 2015. Another holiday season has come. And gone not to mention new years too and not a single post from me. David and i at a dude ranch for our 33 anniversary get away. This past holiday season was a bit challenging. I am working through the changes. Not always liking them but doing it anyway. I am doing my best to make spring a happy time and turn a "new leaf" as it were. In april david and i are going with leland and lauren to big sur, california for a marathon that leland is running.
