Welcome to the world, Aspen Rae, you are richly loved! It was an honor to be able to be there for this little one's birth. Alesha did great and was able to do a VBAC , which is a l ways. Taking Joy in the Little Things. Friday, March 9, 2012. Baby #4 and Heart Thoughts. The twins, especially Saray, are really enjoying watching my belly grow. Saray, from the beginning, has stated that the baby growing in my belly is a girl. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if she is right on with what God has hidden from our eyes for now. Yesterday we had an opportunity to spend some time watching our sweet baby via ultrasound, thanks to a friend at the hospital - gotta love connections! She kept her hands up by her face most of the time but right at the end, after I turned onto my side, we were able to catch a glimpse of her face even though she kept one hand up by her nose. Taking Joy in the Little Things. Monday, April 16, 2012. The other day before our 20 week ultrasound, Saray and I had a bit of a chat. It was mostly a series of questions asked by me and answered by my 3.5 year old, Saray. How does a baby get into a Mommy's tummy? God puts it there." (Why of course! How does God choose which baby to put in Mommy's tummy? He goes to the babies store and looks around to see which baby will go best with Josh, Grayson and me. How does a baby get its food in Mommy's tummy?

For those of you who don't know, I've decided to pursue my certification to be a Birth Doula through DONA International. Also, this will be my first time away from the kids for this long!
