http://guatemama06.blogspot.com/2009/03/i-am-pregnant_23.html
Monday, March 23, 2009. I know this isn’t really news to any of you, but I feel like it is news to me on a daily basis. Every time I pass a mirror and see my now huge belly, or sit down on the couch and suddenly my belly seems to leap forth and give my laptop a jolt, I think, “Wow, I am really pregnant. Me. ME! I have been given the gift of a precious tiny life in my womb. How did this happen to me? 8221; . And then I . 160;pregnant. Really pregnant! But I still wanted to adopt from Ethiopia. My he...

Saturday, February 28, 2009. I wanted to find out the sex and Tim was on the fence but leaning towards keeping it a surprise. Harrison did not care which we decided. He had already decided he was having a "sisty" and let us know with all the determination of a Guatemalan toddler that would hear nothing about brothers! Links to this post. Friday, February 27, 2009. And I put the matter out of my head. I had my closure. I would not strive. I am always late. A couple of weeks, I guess. Have you taken a test?

Monday, November 26, 2007. Books, books, books. Spent a lot more time reading this summer than is usual for me. I typically just don't make the time. But this summer was unusual to say the least. By JR Miller (originally published in 1882). I have so many favorite quotes from this book, but here are a few:. There Is No Me Without You. By Melissa Faye Greene. Everyone needs to read this book! It opens your eyes and breaks your heart. I couldn't put it down. It has been called ". Links to this post. Harris...

An aerial view of this year's maze. Harry found a little lamb. Brayden, Annie and Harrison. Links to this post. Wednesday, October 22, 2008.

charlotte's weblog: 365 days later
http://guatemama06.blogspot.com/2010/03/365-days-later.html
Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Blogging is too much like homework. That’s what I have said whenever anyone asks me why I haven’t blogged. In a year. I feel some weird pressure, as if my 3 devoted readers will be so disappointed in me if I can’t find something relatable, witty, engaging to write about every.single.day. And just like any other blogger who is honest, I me some love comments. I’ve thought about making some bold commitment, like a promise to blog everyday for a month. View my complete profile.

charlotte's weblog: The Question of Schooling: part 1
http://guatemama06.blogspot.com/2010/03/question-of-schooling-part-1.html
Wednesday, March 24, 2010. The Question of Schooling: part 1. There are several big questions that hang out in my head all the time as of late. How we will school our children is a big one. Homeschooling is the choice of most of my friends and seems to be the most obvious choice for us. And yet, I really don't want to homeschool. And so I wrestle with my options. OPTION 1: Public School. By the end of the second grade I could give you detailed descriptions of various sex acts. Second grade! A daughter of...
