Monday, January 14, 2013. Hmmmm where to start.where to start. How about straight into pictures? Being as its winter here in nebraska, i feel we hardly leave the house except to go to the grocery store and grandma and grandpa's house. (not complaining about the 2nd part of that statement! So what is a mom to do with her 20 month old? And i guess a bath from time to time is needed. Just take the picture. Showing grandma her new kitchen. So nice to get outside.this little girl loved it! HE is due may 15th.

Friday, March 23, 2012. I'm officially a "bad blogger." I actually do enjoy updating our page but our computer takes about 3 million light years to upload the pictures to our blog.annoying! So there are many of nights that i actually think. About updating this thing.but thinking. Are two totally different things. I forgot to bring my camera to the hospital but i did snap this cute cell phone pic of her in her surgical pj's:. Goofy as can be! Here is penny getting a snack when we got home.what a look!

Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Sorry, i'm so far behind of my blog updates! It seems that when i get my pictures downloaded to the computer and open the internet.penny will start crying. Lately we have been working on self soothing. She's getting a little better each day but still really wants to nap with me. Note to all expecting mothers: start your baby out by taking naps on their own right away! Every month i think, "i cant believe i've kept her alive! I cant hardly keep plants alive! Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Penny goes to California! Last week Penny, my mother and myself packed up our bags and headed to sunny California! Such a fun trip! My sister, Dana, and her husband, Jeff made the big move from the big city of San Francisco to a suburb called Walnut Creek. I LOVE their new house! I always had a fun time in the city but it was so cold all the time! What a difference a move away from the bay area makes! This trip was all about shorts, tank tops and flip flops! I mean, so so good!

Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Every morning when i go to get penny from her crib, i swear she has grown up more with each sleep. (well, i guess technically she has! Its simply SO adorable when i open the door to a little smiling face and her little hand is waving at me. its such a wonderful way to start out my day.it makes me laugh each time. (granted some mornings, its a little too early for this momma's liking! A couple weeks ago, we had a few days of just AMAZING weather! Goofy play time before bed.

Monday, February 20, 2012. Just been hangin around the house a lot lately! Sometimes i get a little bit of cabin fever.but its also wonderful not even leaving on some cold, nasty winter days! Though, at the beginning of february, penny and i did head out to colorado to help take care of my sister, Celine and her family after her surgery. i feel i didnt get to help out as much as i wanted b/c penny had a terrible ear infection and was f-u-s-s-y! Oh, you know, just hangin out with grandpa!
