I can't wait for them to get a little stronger so the kids can feel it. Kevin already says he feels #3 moving around at night when we are in bed. Love this! Well, here is an update of what we've been up to since it's been too busy to post anything lately. We have such a snowy winter this year. While we were away in NC, CT had a blizzard. Since we weren't home to shovel our driveway after that snowfall, it turned our driveway to solid ice for most of the remaining winter. We've had a total of about 50" for the winter! I even changed one that was POOPY!

Our Favorite Recipes

Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Citrus berry quinoa salad. 1 C almond milk, plain or vanilla (I used regular 2% milk). 1 C quinoa, rinsed. Zest of 1 medium orange (I omitted this). 1 1/4 C fresh blueberries. 1 1/2 C fresh raspberries. 1 Tbsp plus 1/4 C honey. Sliced or chopped almonds. Combine the milk, water, quinoa, cinnamon, zest and 1 Tbsp honey in a medium sauce pan. Bring mixture to boil, lower heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed. 2 medium parsnips, peeled and cut into pieces.

I put a half an avocado in it to get the benefits of the “good” fats. It makes the smoothie extra creamy and satisfying. Rub-a-Dub-Dub, Enjoy Our Favorite Grub. Thursday, December 29, 2016. 1-1 1/2 (ish) cups cooked, shredded chicken. 1/2 can diced chilies. 4 oz cream cheese. 3/4-1 cup shredded cheese. 3/4 cup salsa verde. Mix together and roll inside of tortillas (4-6), place in 8x8 pan. 1/2 can green macayos enchilada sauce. 1 cup half and half. Pour half the sauce over the top of enchiladas, pour half and half, pour rest of enchilada sauce. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. 1 c cold water.
