Higbee Productions LLC was founded by the current owner, Matthew L. Wilcox when he was a sophomore in high school. He was enrolled in the TV production class at Springstead High School in Spring Hill, Florida. Matt later went onto work for several local government agencies as a videographer and has years of experience with local television stations. Higbee" was the name of the family dog. Matt's sister who is a firefighter/paramedic named the dog after a type of cut on a fire hose.
