My) Lesson for Today. In the car today, Tristan announced to me,. Mom, I want EVERYTHING I don't have. And I don't have LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of things.". I told him that #1, we can't always have everything we want, and #2, God wants us to be thankful for what He has already given us. Maybe this was a good lesson for Tristan's mommy, too! Being a mother to two boys can be exhausting. But it is also FUN! Tristan wants to help him. If Logan gets on his "bike", Tristan goes to find his too. They obviously love each other very much, and this mommy thinks it's a joy to watch them together! I could get hurt. But I just don't care. First stand up tall. Then bend at the knees. Mom, look at me! I found a new game. What a fun way to play. I don't want my toys. I'll just rock all day. I know that I scare you. Cause I'm only one. 35 is gonna be great!

Monday, April 13, 2009. I've noticed that newspapers and advertising have done less and less each year to mention much about Easter - except maybe an Easter dress sale. I was looking online this morning and something caught my eye on the Hobby Lobby home page. The first thing that popped up was this picture with some Scripture. I was impressed.
