As many of you know Minnie was diagnosed with Celiac. Disease a few years ago. Some of you may be thinking what is that? Taste a difference. Minnie did most of the prep herself. She loves to help me cook in the kitchen. =). She cut up the mushrooms very carefully. =). Oh boy this is heavy mom. Now to cook it. =). Our Gluten Free Journey. Tuesday, March 20, 2012. On the Holidays we like to make cookies or cupcakes, something to go with the holiday. Here is Minnie and I making some Gluten Free cupcakes for Saint Patty Day. We put Green icing on them, but my battery died before I was able to get pics of the finished project, and of course now they are all gone. =). Makes a great Gluten Free yellow cake mix. I taught her to crack eggs, and she did very well, no shell in the batter. Giving me a silly grin.
