Our Goal is to Create a Family. Thursday, July 31, 2008. We now know of a family who has been referred a little boy born in May 08. He is almost 3 mos old. Their wait for referral was 6.5 mos. Now that we are on the cusp of referral, we are feeling excited, nervous, anxious.goose bumps everywhere. We've agreed on names for the child whether it is a boy or girl. In both cases, we've chosen.
