Worth the Wait: February 2010
http://siennagrace.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 14, 2010. I make all of Ahren's baby food so he's been exposed to a random assortment of fruits and veggies that are typically left out of store-bought baby food. His latest favorite is kiwi! It was so funny to watch him bang on his tray, kick his feet and lean as far forward as possible to get more food as fast as he could! Ahren pulled his toy box over and decided that all the toys were meant to be surrounding him. I had to snap a few pictures because he was so proud of his mess! To Cu...

Wednesday, August 25, 2010. We were shopping the other day and I noticed some pj's for sale in a slightly larger size than Ahren wears, but for $3.40 I couldn't pass them up! I rolled the pants down a little bit, but they kinda fit him. Here he is as Spidey:. Sienna moved into a new class at school this past Monday and she's loving it! Here she is ready to go on her first day:. Sunday, August 01, 2010. The pictures she took for me last month are no different! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Time for Love.

Worth the Wait: June 2010
http://siennagrace.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 26, 2010. Both of my children LOVE to eat, but the zealousness of babies is always fun to watch! Here's Ahren eating one of our favorite dishes (penne, sausage, mushroom, zucchini, bell pepper and tomato) I love that he will eat all of it:. One of those 'How your baby is doing this week' e-mails provided me with a recipe for sweet potato gnocchi. I made a TON, but it worked out for the best since Ahren loves it. Ahren in the requisite spaghetti photos:. Sienna wanted her picture taken, too:.

Sunday, January 24, 2010. I have started cooking more lately and Sienna has been the BEST helper. I saw this recipe. On TV the other day and it looked amazing. Sienna helped to stem the mushrooms and helped to coat the veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper. She also helped arrange everything on a baking sheet and stir the pasta and sausage. She was so proud of herself when everything was done! She was also pretty fond of the food. I will say that it looked (and tasted) great! Some great arm movements:.

Worth the Wait: Santa
http://siennagrace.blogspot.com/2010/12/santa.html
Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Sienna loved seeing Santa and went on and on about what she wanted for Christmas, but Ahren was absolutely terrified! I had flashbacks to Sienna's reaction to the Easter Bunny, but he didn't seem to be that bad (we were able to get a picture of him on Santa's lap). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Monday, November 30, 2009. As we walked into the orphanage and I saw your beautiful face I knew all of my fears about not recognizing you were baseless. You were (and are) the most beautiful little girl I have ever seen! I was amazed that you didn't cry or make a fuss; you were just curious about these new people entering your life and giving you toys and kisses. Showing off her favorite book (her teacher read it to the class):. Our angel on her special day:. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Baby boy was enjo...

Tuesday, April 28, 2009. 160;I did say I wanted to get busy with another project, didn't I? Well, this one will keep me good and busy for awhile. Been at it since Saturday. When it warms up around here we get pretty excited. The first nice weekend we practically sprint outside to clean up, weed, plant, mulch, and all that jazz. We get so excited, in fact, that we forget that our muscles haven't moved this much all winter! Ahhh The sweet smell of success! It looks pretty good and while Jeff finished digg...
