Priairie Life Update: News from the Country kitchen.freeze and recycle! What to do with all those extra eggs? I bought a bunch of small bowls and cracked and lightly scrambled 2 eggs in each to freeze for a perfect serving size! This helps us to have eggs available when our chickens decide to take some time off! You can also recycle those cracked shells! I am a huge fan!

Thursday, March 31, 2011. All FDLE clearances are back! Ok everyone we finally recieved our FDLE checks on our boys and our HomeStudy has been updated. Everything went out to the other Agency who will send out (Emily's) file for approval. Once that comes back we can then pronounce her Gotcha Day and finally bring her home to her forever family.
