MSANA received notification today that Woodsong Property Renovation Partners, LLC will soon be submitting an application for a new MRAA ( Major Residential Alteration and Addition) permit. At 6928 SE Raymond Court. Woodsong Property is currently awaiting final project engineering, and will submit for permits as soon as possible. They expect construction to begin as soon as permits are issued following the 35-day waiting period (after April 25th, 2015.
