Lunch with Emily at her school (I took Wendy's and she was SO excited! Lunch or breakfast with 5 great friends at separate times (wish I would have had time for more! This means I now need to do a lot of exercising! Several relaxing days with my mom here at our house. A great SKM annual meeting in Emporia.

The wind was a little cool to start out with.so much so that when Chase got done eating his ice cream (! Grandpa had to crack the peanuts and put them in Chase's mouth because he was so cold! Grandpa had so much fun teaching Chase about all the details of baseball, especially since Chase sat there for 3 hours without moving!

She is enjoying it very much and this morning, the 1st and 2nd graders sang in the service. They did a great job. I took a video and it's very hard to understand the words, so I've printed them below. Enjoy! Sing to the King who is coming to reign. Glory to Jesus the Lamb that was slain. But all of a sudden it was quiet so I went to check it out and he was asleep! This is how it happens most days.and then he doesn't want to get up. We hadn't been to their home for a relaxing weekend for quite some time so we were overdue. Boy did we have a good time. Aubrey had a Fancy Nancy birthday party on Saturday morning with her preschool friends. What fun it was to watch these little ones party! Sitting in the train.but it won't go anywhere! Our engineers are ready to go! Uncle Brian orders our food by phone.
