The ice and snow storm kept everyone home from school and work today, and we had a blast with the Ventrescas and Brittany! We're pretty sure it doesn't get this cold in Shantou and that Clare had never seen snow before we brought her home. She LOVED it! Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Water Fun on Father's Day (June 19, 2011). It has been H-O-T in Oklahoma! On Father's Day, Jim and the kiddos had a great time playing in the water in our front yard. Jim had the powerful sprayer, and the kids had their water guns. It was so amazing to watch Gianna run around like she has full vision! Better watch out for Clare! Immaculée and Gianna are really tight, and Immaculée loves to help Gianna. Look at that smile! Clare had the best time of all! What a great sport!

Wednesday, May 18, 2011. It is a tradition for adoptive families to take pictures on "The Red Couch" at the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou. Actually, there are many red couches! The White Swan will soon remodel, and I hear they are getting rid of the red couches! On Tuesday, May 17, we took our red couch photos. In addition to her job teaching English, Mui also tutors students in English on Saturdays. Four of her students stopped by and had a great time with Gianna and Portia. Mui, Marina,?
