Friday, February 28, 2014. Last Saturday, Daddy came to My Gym with Mommy and me! We had so much fun playing together. The ball pit is my favorite! Then on Wednesday, Grandma Kooyenga came with me. She and Mommy both had the day off, so Grandma came out to spend the day with us. We went out to lunch at La Haciendas and then went to My Gym. I enjoyed showing Grandma all my skills! The Lion Family: Cuddle time!
http://thelionfamily.blogspot.com/2015/08/cuddle-time.html
Sunday, August 9, 2015. This is Liam's favorite way to cuddle lately - he loves the bump! He loved taking the selfie too, and shortly after this baby girl started kicking him. I guess she wants him to know she's not going to be keeping up with him. Six more weeks til we have this little pumpkin in our arms - and I CAN'T WAIT. Bella joined in on the fun! Our Kooyenga Journey: November 2013
http://ourkooyengajourney.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 29, 2013. I am thankful for all of God's amazing blessings! We started our Thanksgiving with a lazy morning. I let Mommy and Daddy sleep in until 6:30 AM. They made cinnamon rolls for breakfast and ate them all without sharing. After hanging out and playing, we went to my Great-Grandparents Bruinius' house for the traditional feast. Everyone there played with me too! Too bad no one shared the yummy pies with me. . . (maybe I'll have better luck next year). Monday, November 25, 2013.

Our Kooyenga Journey: Happy Labor Day!
http://ourkooyengajourney.blogspot.com/2014/10/happy-labor-day.html
Tuesday, October 7, 2014. We had an enjoyable labor day! Dan and I started the day with a visit to a local zoo in Wheaton. It's small, but has many animals that you can greet! This was JC's first trip to a zoo where he could pet the animals. . . He was checking out the llamas,. Afraid of the goats,. And he LOVED feeding the ducks! After the zoo, our friends Jacque and Erik called and wanted to get together, so we invited them to an indoor playground near our house. Kahlan and JC enjoyed playing together!

Bettenhausen Family Blog: Vacation to Lake Tahoe!
http://bettenhausenblog.blogspot.com/2009/09/vacation-to-lake-tahoe.html
Sunday, September 6, 2009. Vacation to Lake Tahoe! Every time my parents take me somewhere they first put me in a confined place. Whether it be the elevator to get outside, the car to get to daycare, or worst of all the plane to get to Tahoe. How do they expect a rambunctious little one like myself to sit still for 4 hours? And do they really think a couple of toys and a bag of snacks will help that much? But - no matter what they put me in - the end result is pretty good! And for walks and hikes. Well, ...

http://thelionfamily.blogspot.com/2015/07/happy-4th.html
Thursday, July 16, 2015. Well, I am a little behind on the blog. I think I have some valid excuses for those that know all that is going on with us right now. We are busy but doing good! Jen and Darin have better pictures of the weekend, but these were the few I had on my camera. Pretty pathetic! This little man is busy, busy, busy. They sure to do love each other! Thanks to Opa, Oma, Grandpa, and Grandma for joining us. It was a surprisingly relaxing day with graduation in the morning, a nice lunch, time by the pool, and then a relaxed dinner in the lobby.
